Coaching is not therapy or consulting. I don’t diagnose, analyze your past, or tell you what to do. Instead, we focus on where you are now, what you want to create, and how to move forward with intention, self-awareness, and alignment toward your goals.

In our work together, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, while I partner with you through reflection and powerful questions that help you uncover your own answers, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity and self-trust.

What’s the difference between coaching, therapy, and consulting?

Coaching is not therapy or consulting. Therapy focuses on healing the past, while consulting involves giving direct advice or solutions. As an ICF-aligned coach, I don’t diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or give you direct advice on what to do. Instead, I guide you to find your own answers through structured conversation and reflection. This leads to deeper clarity, stronger confidence, and decisions you can truly stand behind.

How much does coaching cost?

The intake session is $150 (USD) for 90 minutes. This session is designed to understand your situation, clarify your goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. We’ll also discuss what support you need and decide on the number of sessions that makes sense for you. Coaching is an investment in yourself and your relationships. I aim to keep my rates accessible while still providing a high-quality, personalized experience aligned with ICF standards.

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

Coaching tends to work best if you’re open to honest feedback, willing to take action, and ready to take responsibility for your own growth. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need a willingness to reflect and try new approaches.
If you’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do, aren’t ready to reflect on your patterns, or aren’t willing to invest time and resources into the process, coaching might not be the right fit right now.
